A notable increase in Gulls and waders on Thedd foreshore c 1300 com gull and c 200 BHG roosting, c 450 herring gull 50 gbbg, c 650 dunlin 76 sanderling c 145 crow, c 120 twite ,and 16 cormorant, 15 snow bunts. frozen ground except tidal area. Only 5 woodcock noted this week will be interesting to see if more have arrived after northerly gale and sleet/snow yesterday. regards John |
