Didn't locate the recent Slavonian Grebe, but a Great Crested Grebe helped the Year List to 67. Usual species there in abundance - gulls etc, and an immense flock of Brent Geese. Must have been roughly 2000 birds in it. Very cold in the wind too - luckily I remembered to put on my 'base layer'! Is Steve Keightley still the person to approach if you want a key to the hide down there? If so, is it still £5 and how do I get payment to him? |

Hi Katharine. Don't know whether anybody has responded to you on this. If not, pop into the VC next time you are at Frampton and one of the staff should be able to get the ball rolling. Failing that, Steve is also on Twitter, so you might be able to contact him that way. |
