My first Yellow Wagtail of the year with a male near Caistor this afternoon.

At least 8 yellow wagtails (all males) new in at Toft Newton Res today, plus at least 5 'white' wagtails in amongst the more common Pied.

Report of a Red Kite seen above the woodlands to the south of the res.
