Cold, windy day on patch, F5 easterly, 52 species recorded, all BirdTracked. Highlight was a Little Ringed Plover on the flooded cow field, my first record on the patch in 33 years. The hoped for Little Gull did not materialise, will try again tomorrow (Dean Nicholson had 19 at nearby Thurlby pits this afternoon). |
