The realignment area was generally quiet, the best birds being 36 Avocets, 120 Redshanks, 4 Little Ringed Plovers, 2 Short-eared Owls, Marsh Harrier, Corn Bunting, 5 Swallows, 5 Yellow Wagtails, 2 Chiffchaffs, Common Whitethroat, Lesser Whitethroat and Blackcap. There were 2 more Blackcaps in my garden in the afternoon. |
