Warblers recorded at the south end were 32 Common Whitethroats, 3 Lesser Whitethroats, 3 Blackcaps, one Willow Warbler, 3 Chiffchaffs, one Grasshopper Warbler, one Reed Warbler and 4 Sedge Warblers. Other summer migrants were 2 Cuckoos, 3 Common Redstarts, 4 Yellow Wagtails, one White Wagtail, 44 Swallows, 8 Sand Martins, 2 House Martins and one Wheatear. Also noted were 240 Linnets, 3 Sparrowhawks, one Marsh Harrier, 3 Common Buzzards, one Greenshank and one Sandwich Tern. |
