Highlights from the patch today:- 2 Shelduck and 2 Little Ringed Plovers on flooded cow field. Drake Goosander at the mere. Female Wheatear still present on potato field. 1 Grey Wagtail. 1 Yellow Wagtail 1 Goldcrest singing. Increase in hirundines with c40 House Martins, c30 Swallows & c15 Sand Martins feeding over the mere. |
