A female Pied Flycatcher at the south end was the first for the year. Other birds of note included one Spotted Flycatcher, one Wheatear, 2 Cuckoos, one Garden Warbler, 70 Swallows, 32 House Martins, 8 Yellow Wagtails, 2 Common Sandpipers, one Peregrine, one Short-eared Owl and a Gannet which headed north at sea. |
