First young Starlings of the year at 08.30 this morning
4 on the patio being fed sultanas by adults.
Adults still taking food away so hopefully many more young to come.

Here at Horncastle I also had first appearance of of a single fledgling Starling on the 17th.
By this morning, 18th, I had 2 young Starlings being fed by parents, with a mix of suet pellets and dried meal worms, on the patio wall.

Cheers

Rob
