240 Common Swifts came in across the Humber mouth and continued to the NW or SW inland during the afternoon. A superb richly rufous morph female Cuckoo near the old coastguard cottages flew north to the RAF base. Also of note were 7 Little Terns, 70 Ringed Plovers, one Turtle Dove, one Hobby, one Peregrine and 2 Short-eared Owls.
