4 Year Ticks today!

Mistle Thrush - 1 on way to the reserve
Whitethroat - at least 2 in hedgerow
Egyptian Goose - at least 2 in long grassland
CUCKOO - male heard at close range circa 16:45 and seen 16:50 :D

Stock Dove drinking at the reservoir.

Also the usual species - lots of Black-headed Gull, Common Tern, Little Egret, Mute Swan, Mallard, Shoveler, Tufted Duck, Coot, Moorhen, Redshank, Ringed Plover, Lapwing, Chiffchaff, Blackcap, finches, a few Yellowhammer etc...

Hobby seen by others but missed by me. :(
