Post subject:  Spotted Flycatcher in Woodhall Spa - 6 June
Being in Woodhall Spa this morning (Mon), I called in at the Dower House Hotel, Spa Road, for refreshments. Checking the garden, I noted a Spotted Flycatcher feeding high up in one of the trees bordering the lawn.

I was very pleased to renew acquaintance with this charismatic species..........my first sighting in 2016 and at a traditional site :D

Hi Freddy.

The Willingham by Stow churchyard pair are busy feeding 3 young.

Also a single at Fillingham Lake yesterday.
