Hi, Monday evening (6th) I received an report from Ed Mackrill, that he had just had a Red Kite over Sloothby village at 5:10pm, he managed a photo too. Then this morning at 8:30am, I had a Red Kite over my garden in Sloothby village, I assumed it to be the same bird, but took a few pics anyway, the bird circled for a while before heading inland. Upon comparing the photos via email, it is apparent that these are separate birds. Marvellous. |

Update, further Red Kite sightings. David Lilywhite reported one over Cumberworth on Thursday morning, this was a full winged bird. Then today (Saturday 11th June), I had one over the A1028 near Ulceby Cross roundabout. Cheers, |
