At the south end, there were still 2 Little Stints on the shore amongst 265 Dunlin, 226 Sanderling and 3 Bar-tailed Godwits. 85 Curlews and 2 Whimbrel were also present on the tide-edge with 120 Sandwich Terns and 8 Common Terns. Moving north over the sea between 1000 and 1100 were 41 Gannets, 8 Cormorants and 24 Common Scoters. A Willow Warbler was on the dunes where a 2nd cy Hobby flew north. |
