Two Wheatears in fields off Fen Lane where the highlight of a lunchtime stroll. Common Buzzard, Kestrel, Green Woodpecker, Little Grebe and two Pochard were perhaps the only other species of note. Good numbers of Speckled Wood butterflies on the wing was also a feature along most of the walk. Matthew |
