This morning Terry Barnatt and I estimated c50 yellow wagtails feeding around cattle on the reserve. There could easily have been more with a lot of the cattle fairly distant. Also 1 whinchat, 1 spotted flycatcher, 1 juv marsh harrier, 1 Cetti's warbler & 17 snipe amongst other things. Site still fairly dry all records on BirdTrack Vin |
