An Osprey flew south west at 12:00 last seen heading towards South Ferriby: late afternoon presumably a second bird appeared over Waters Edge and eventually caught a fish in the eastern pits before heading off east. A Tree Pipit was the most notable migrant but there were at least 300 House Martins and 250 Swallows with a small number of Sand Martins and a single Swift. The drake Scaup starting to moult out of eclipse and a new Goldeneye taking the total to two!
