Post subject:  Donna Nook, 1st October.

Migrants at the south end included a Yellow-browed Warbler, 2 Chiffchaffs, one Blackcap, 5 Goldcrests, 3 Whinchats, 2 Song Thrushes and 7 Robins. Four skeins of Pink-footed Geese totalling 148 birds flew south during the morning and 267 Canada Geese with 44 Greylags left the stubbles and flew south at 0800. Also of note were 5 Common Buzzards, one Marsh Harrier, one Merlin, one Corn Bunting and one Red-throated Diver.
