Most of yesterday's migrants had moved on. On the landward side were 24 Whooper Swans, a Green Sandpiper and a Brambling. Three Red-throated Divers north at sea and 4 south following disturbance by a boat, also 8 Gannets and 10 Wigeon north and a Great Skua south. Only one Shore Lark seen today, but their favourite feeding area had been washed over by the morning high tide.

5 whooper swans (all ads ) on Rimac lagoon and 31 fieldfares arrived early afternoon,
2 or 3 bramblings heard,
little owl, tawny owl and barn owl and screaming water rail in the Churchill lane area at dusk.
