Reported by Chris Bell....
Visited Cleethorpes Saturday the 26th ,where unfortunately the tide brought in the mist spoiling what might have been an interesting hide tide , however with all the bits and pieces that had been observed before it had ,already been a very good day.
Best was probably the 4 Velvet Scoter (3 female) just yards offshore about here (
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/53% ... 0067?hl=en) just after mid-day, that had been preceded by 19 Snow Bunting on the outer bar here (
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/53% ... 5469?hl=en) observed from 11:15 until just before 12, and I am not mentioning one of my favorite species the 3 Grey Plover that were at the inner end of the bar.
