138 Pink-footed Geese flew NW and 5 Whooper Swans came in from the north and settled with Mute Swans on a field of rape. Over the sea, a Great Northern Diver and 2 Red-throated Divers flew north. Other birds of note at the south end included 223 Sanderling, 11 Common Snipe, 2 Peregrines, a Short-eared Owl, 2 Stonechats, a Brambling and a Water Pipit.
