The most significant wader counts between Stonebridge and Pye's Hall were 110 Redshanks, 300 Lapwings, 47 Curlews, 1,250 Dunlin, 170 Sanderling, 550 Knot, 65 Grey Plovers and 76 Turnstones. Also of note were 145 Twite, 70 Linnets, a male Hen Harrier, 2 Sparrowhawks and a Peregrine. A Red-throated Diver and a Gannet passed to the north at sea.
