Alkborough flats 2 Marsh harrier 1 Merlin (mobbed Marsh Harrier briefly) 2 Buzzard Kestrel Male Stonechat Usual waders-small numbers of curlew, redshank and black tailed godwit. Bobby Carrs Circa 60 Widgeon and a similar number of Teal 6 Shoveler Buzzard Appleby-Broughton-4 kestrels in this area on the same stretch of road Winterton-60 Chaffinch and 20 Goldfinch on field. Broughton woods-8 Long tailed tit, tree creeper and Buzzard seen. Tom and Cheryl |
