A 2nd winter Iceland Gull came into Manby Flashes at 1.30 pm this afternoon and stayed fro any hour. At 3.00pm a different Iceland Gull came in. This was a juvenile which stayed for about 5 minutes before flying off. This second bird returned again at 3.50pm for a further 7 minutes. There were over a 100 Herring Gulls and 4 Lesser Black-backed Gulls. This site seems a regular preening and drinking stop for many gulls.
