A fine 2nd cy Glaucous Gull present on the shore towards the tide-line opposite Pye's Hall from 1115. Quiet otherwise between here and Stonebridge, the most interesting birds being 1,500 Knot, 600 Dunlin, 80 Grey Plovers, 1,000 Golden Plovers, 1,150 Lapwings, 55 Turnstones, one Merlin, 120 Goldfinches, one Mistle Thrush and one Stonechat.
