We counted 14 White-fronts when they separated for a while and I thought I saw a Greenland amongst them but very difficult conditions in strong winds. I also saw a Merlin and I wouldn't be at all surprised if there were more Bean geese

Today, just 3 whoopers plus black swan and a few mute swans off Swallow Gate Road.
Elm House Farm: short-eared owl plus a flock of wigeon towards the coast road. While we were there, a large flock of pinkies circled overhead and landed in a field out of site and access. 5 bean geese were trailing behind, but they continued on to Rimac area.
