Fine male Whinchat on the fenceline on the south side this morning (photo will be posted in album).

A Common Sandpiper was on the east side (dodging the numerous anglers!) and also 6 Wheatear, 2 White Wagtail and at least one Common Swift amongst c. 100 hirundines, including a few more House Martin at last.

Still no terns or gulls, however.

Richard.
