A singing Cetti's Warbler by the flashes at the south end was new. Other warblers noted were 8 Chiffchaffs, 5 Willow Warblers, 2 Common Whitethroats and one each of Lesser Whitethroat, Blackcap, Garden Warbler and Grasshopper Warbler. Four Wheatears were seen and 12 Swallows, 5 Avocets and a Merlin flew north. |
