Migrant counts at the south end were hardly comprehensive in the bitterly cold and squally conditions. Only 2 Swallows were seen, plus 10 Common Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Blackcap, 3 Willow Warblers, a Chiffchaff and 2 Wheatears. A Lapwing was my first patch record since 28th February. 3 Fulmars passed to the south at sea. |
