A 3rd cy Caspian Gull was on a pea-field at Quad 3. An early seawatch around the high tide period brought no terns at all. Quite a few gulls were passing to the north, plus 3 Gannets, 7 Common Scoters, 2 Eiders, 5 Whimbrel and a Greenshank. A late Merlin flew along the outmarsh, but only the usual species were noted in the dunes.
