Post subject:  Donna Nook, 1st May.

The Caspian Gull was still on the pea-fields until late morning, but had disappeared after a low-flying aeroplane drifted across the fields. A Yellow-legged Gull was on the shore where waders at high tide included 30 Whimbrel and 41 Bar-tailed Godwits. A pair of Pintail flew south at sea. New birds on the dunes included a Ring Ouzel, 4 Fieldfares and a Garden Warbler.
