Approx 2.30.pm yesterday myself and two other birders saw: -
9 Black terns
1 Arctic Tern
15 Common terns of the nominate sub-species
1 Common Tern of the Eastern, Sterna hirondu longipennis sub-species. This bird had the totally black bill with black on the head extending down in a small semi-circular pattern behind the eye.

My mistake heading should have beeb Rare Common Tern.
