That'll be South Scrape which is being deliberately fallowed as part of the three-year scrape rotation. It's been drilled with various seed rich plants (big thanks to Limagrain and Ian Misselbrook for this) to provide food for ducks and decaying vegetation to benefit chironomids for breeding and passage waders.

Cheers,

John
