After the odd swift knocking around for the last week or so we had an arrival of 'many' noticed last night. Today I made a guesstimate of 70 birds over Far Ings NNR pits. A really good opportunity to get amongst them as they shoot along sheltered paths and near head height. |

Thurlby main pit about 12.30pm there were loads of Swifts, perhaps between 100 and 200. Oliver |
