Well done to whoever found the lone female Dotterel at Horseshoe Point this morning, it was still present until mid-afternoon at least in the last pea field before reaching the car park.

Called in at a few other places on the way home -

Donna Nook - 3 Wheatear in the triangular grassy area next to the car park.

Paradise pond - 4 Common Sandpiper

Sea View lagoon beside entrance road - 1 Whimbrel

Manby Flashes - Iceland Gull, plus about 100 Swallows around sewage treatment works.

The hide at Manby has been vandalised to a small degree. A hammer and a few 1 inch nails would soon make it look better.
