Another very interesting day at Gib.
Having contrived to miss the two Red-rumped Swallows this morning I still enjoyed the movement of hirundines with a good passage of Barn Swallows, House and Sand Martins.
Also heading south were: Tree Pipit - 3 Marsh Harrier - 3 Hobby - 1 Yellow wagtail - 14 south plus three grounded including an interesting, washed out first-summer female with a distinct supercilium and pale sub-ocular area. European Bee-eater - I managed to hear what was presumably the earlier Spurn bird call three times at about 9.12am. About an hour later Kev Wilson saw the bird heading south before it circled for a couple of minutes then veered eastwards at 10.20.
