Sea passage 0950-1120 on the rising tide was unremarkable. 24 Gannets and 18 Common Scoters flew north and the only terns seen were 3 Sandwich and 5 Commons. Birds onshore included 104 Curlews and 5 Whimbrel. 40 Swifts headed NW over the dunes and a 2nd cy Mediterranean Gull was amongst other gulls on a recently-harvested pea-field. |
