Waders on the realignment area included 54 Redshanks, a Greenshank, 2 Common Sandpipers, 28 Avocets, 3 Little Ringed Plovers, 3 Dunlin, 7 Black-tailed Godwits, 2 Curlews and 2 Whimbrel. Also of note were 2 Common Buzzards, a Peregrine and a Crossbill.
