Numbers of terns seen coming into roost past Pye's Hall were not very high, hence 360 Common, 2 Arctic, 10 Sandwich and 2 Black Terns. Between 5-6,000 Black-headed Gulls were also present and 920 Common Scoters headed into the mouth of the Humber. Waders included 830 Knot, 120 Redshanks, 4 Greenshanks, 187 Curlews, 2 Whimbrel, 57 Grey Plovers and 3 Common Sandpipers. Other birds of note were 58 Little Egrets, 2 Kingfishers, 150 Swallows, a Barn Owl and a Hobby.
