An hour's seawatch at the south end produced 23 Gannets passing north, while to the south were 280 Sandwich Terns, 38 Common Terns, 3 Teal and 18 Common Scoters. Incoming Swallows turned north or south upon reaching the dunes and totalled 125 and 23 House Martins went south. On the dunes were singles of Marsh Harrier, Peregrine and Merlin. |
