Trent Port area, Marton 08.00-10.45 Golden plover 9 W (my first autumn record for local patch) Wigeon 25 (as above) Ruff 1 Lapwing 14 Greylag goose 420 Canada goose 88 Teal 4 Gadwall 4 Buzzard 8 Swallow 50+ S House martin 5 S Lesser BB Gull 64 roost on riverside (including 1st winter with red colour ring on left leg, too distant to make out another colour) Great BB Gull 2 Common gull 8 Black-headed gull 25 Cetti's warbler 1 male Chiffchaff 1 (ringed) Kingfisher 1 Stock dove 24 |
