Photo of the Sab's gull now in the album.

Just out of interest, the Sab's today actually came from out of the Haven (from Boston direction) and flew straight past us sat at Tabs Head. Not sure what it was doing coming that way, but it made for fantastic views down within 15 metres!

Two of the grey phals were following the Welland channel as the tide raced (along with lots of little gulls), but we picked up the other bird as it flew along the Training Bank and over the nearest section of rock at Tabs head. This was within 10 metres of us! It then flew across the Haven and up over the bank at Cut End before going onto Freiston Shore RSPB reserve, actually flying behind the Cut End hide!

Excellent stuff!
