Good coverage today

great grey shrike

long-tailed skua

firecrest
ring ouzel 14
knot 65000

arctic skua 4
little gull 86
hen harrier
pied flycatcher 4
redstart 5
brambling 30 (8 ringed)
turtle dove

quite good numbers of goldcrest, redwing, song thrush and various finches.

Can anyone tell me the best place to sea watch from at Gib please.

We usually seawatch from the middle set of dunes seaward of Mill Hill which gives a bit of height and a bit of shelter when its really rough - but you can miss stuff going close on occsions - apparently an arctic skua flew low and abot 5m in front of us yesterday !

When its not too windy, you can get onto the outer dune ridge.
