8 hours thru dunes and over foreshore, sightings inc, c850 dunlin, c700 knot, 230 ring plover, 180 curlew, 120 redshank 2 spotshank, 9 greenshank,6 blackwit, a lone purple sand amongs bomb rubble, 21 snipe, 1 jack snipe 7 rock pipit, 1 lap bunt, 5 chiffchaff 1 blackcap, 3 stonechat, 2 redpoll, 8 siskin, c120 redwing some arriving mid morning, c25 goldcrest, 1 great grey shrike flew west over dunes 1 jay south, a few blackbirds and robins, 42 crows, 1merlin, 3 or 4 sparrowhawks, 1 tawny owl, 1 barn owl.
