A 2.5 hour tramp produced 41 birds. Highlights below:- 1000 Golden Plover and 250 Lapwing (Rippingale fen) 1 Common Buzzard 2 Kestrels 1 fem Blackcap (Dunsby village) 1 Grey Wagtail (Rippingale) 1 Kingfisher 60 Fieldfares 4 Redwings For 1st hour constant westerly trickle of Skylarks and squadrons of Starlings amounting to about 1500 of the latter and perhaps 200 of the former.
