c 09.15 - 12.15 V cold, bleak and unproductive seawatch at Mablethorpe seafront (I'm not bitter honestly)

1 Gannet (juv) North
1 Shelduck North
1 Diver sp. North (caught us off guard after such little activity)
c10 Sanderling foraging on shoreline

Huttoft Pit

Swan flock in field just to south

22 Whooper (ad)
9 Whooper (juv)
7 Mute Swan

On pit

1 Long-tailed duck (I see posted as ad male but I would have said ad female perhaps this years because of slight variation from ad female in book?? Please correct me if wrong)
40 wigeon
c2-3000 Starling in to roost (v rough estimate)
