a first-winter Glaucous Gull west at Barton this am pic in album
yesterday drake Smew Hotel pit and Cetti's Warbler in Bridge pit

James, I feel sure that Graham is far more delighted with these birds than he cares to make out ! (don't be hoodwinked)
As for, "us mere mortals" James, I myself am not one of these and you are not either and nobody else is, as I discovered through the study and practice of Yoga and my "attainment" of samadhi through which I realised I had not actually attained ANYTHING !
Sorry to have baffled you ! It's as clear as a bell !

hell why did i not try that form of yoga/raja yoga always appealed to me.but not done it.
