Hi

A productive early morning at Freiston this morning.

Realignment -
Black Brant - 1 a poorly marked individual (female?) with a rather thin (but still prominent and complete at the front) collar and thin white flanks. However, overall colouration was good, with dark belly and dark, brown toned mantle.
Scaup - juv
Little Grebe - 8

Sea
Black-throated Diver - 1
Red-throated Diver - 6+
Slavonian Grebe - 1
Goldeneye - 62
Skua sp. - 1 (very distant skua harrassing b-h gulls, actually looked more like an Arctic than a Pom, but too distant to be 100% and only on view for a few seconds before settling on the sea)

Lagoon
Kingfisher
Little Grebe 18

Cheers,

Paul
