Walked from Howdens pullover to quad 3, sightings included, skylark c 240 in saltmarsh c100 in plough and 70 in stubbles, lapland bunting, 1 saltmarsh 4 or 5 in stubbles, linnet c 500 saltmarsh , stonechat 1 m 1 juv, reed bunt 13, golden plover c2650 cereals, brent 1160 , barnacle 1, pink foot 7, all in a field of cereals near quad 3, also goldfinch c 25 saltmarsh, little grebe 8 borrow pools. All in glorious clear sunny weather, John Walker & Cliff Morrison. |
