Alkborough Flats this am: Drake Green-winged Teal still present 80 Pinkfeet through 3 Marsh Harrier (inc 1 adult male) 1 Little Stint 1 Spotted Redshank 64 Black-tailed Godwit 1 Ruff 1 Grey Wagtail 1 Chiffchaff 1 Willow Tit regards Chris (with Tony Housman) |

08.00-12.00. Drake Green-winged Teal(showing very well,on small pool to left of car-park). 1 Lapland Bunting 1 Water Pipit 2 Little Stint 2 Spotted Redshank 57 Black-tailed Godwit 3 Ruff 1 Barn Owl 6 Marsh Harrier(1 adult male,2nd wint. male,4fem/juv.) 1 adult Pergrine 1 fem. Stonechat 400+ Pink-footed Geese(several flocks flying about all the time we were on site). Regards Steve,with Dave Wright. |
